    I need an e-mail address for information on paying back student loan based on income..  
    I saw Clark Howard on CNN discussing the problem but didn't catch the address he referred to some one in this situation.
    Appreciate any information available.  Keep running into dead ends.

    there is no information on paying back student loans according to income. the reason? you signed away that right the first time and each additional time that you gauranteed your student loan awards. you signed for em, now pay em! there is no getting out of your loans, this you should know if you went to college after 1989 as you would have been required to go through loan repayment counseling. even if you did not get this counseling or went before 89 you are still responsible and can get out of them only by 1. payment 2. death
