Next year is my first year for high school. Now I heard stories of it that are not really good, and seen movies of kids in high school and the horrible things they do. I'm really scared of how people will treat me, and think of me. So please, what are the things I should be aware of about the teachers, and the students? What is in store for me?

MY first day yesterday, i turn up (Dental Laboratory) is a complete shambles and i have an old codger telling me what to do. First i need to clean the sink =[
I;m doing this for 5 mins and water starts leaking so i have to mop it all up and try again. This happened 4 times!! So the guy phoned the plumber to come and fix it but before he made get the filters out of the sink and clean them in the other sink. (They stank like crap if im honest) and to top it all off the other sink flooded as well.
4 hours into my day and all i did mainly was clean and mop.
Next he told me that the gutters were blocked and i needed to go with a stick and unblock them =[
I cleaned them all out and was filthy by the time i finished,( i still hadn't done any work in the lab yet) and for the last part of the day...

I am wondering if there is a list of universities ranked by types of programs. In this case secondary education. I know there are better school out there for majors. I am considering moving to North Carolina. Can't stand the Michigan Cold.....or Economy anymore.
